By law, we are not required to provide a refund for change of mind purchases however at My Jewellery Shop we choose to provide our customers with a 30 day money back guarantee. After this time period, we will continue to help you find a solution if the item you have purchased:

  • Is faulty or unsafe
  • Doesn't match the samples or description
  • Doesn't do what we said It would
  • Doesn't do what you asked for,

My Jewellery Shop will, for a major problem:

  • Return the item and offer a refund, or
  • keep the item and compensate you for any drop in value.

My Jewellery Shop will, for a minor problem:

  • Repair the item within a reasonable time, or
  • Give you a refund or exchange.

The item must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging and include a copy of your receipt. The item cannot have been worn or used in any way.
