Daniel & Erika
Daniel had planned to propose to Erika at Duranbah hill where he asked her to be his girlfriend two years prior but due to the covid lockdown, it just wasn’t possible. So, this year on April Fool’s Day, Daniel created a gorgeous picnic space in their backyard and proposed to Erika with an adorable lolly ring.
“Daniel knew I can be very picky with jewellery so he said I can choose whatever ring I like. My mum also had the idea to give us the sapphire diamond ring that she bought in 1990 in replacement of stolen heirlooms that were passed down by my great-grandmother. My Jewellery Shop created a beautiful piece that was my style and had family roots! I’m so thankful for my mum, my partner and the team at My Jewellery Shop for making this beautiful dream engagement ring a reality.”

Bespoke, antique & vintage. This gorgeous engagement ring not only holds immense beauty but also sentimental value. The beautiful sapphire and diamond baguettes were unset from a ring that Erika's mother bought in 1990 in replacement of stolen heirlooms that were passed down by her great-grandmother. The setting around the centre stone has antique detailing to really radiate that vintage look. Finally, this bespoke design is brought together by the gorgeous diamond halo consisting of 22 round brilliant cut diamonds.
